A new artist on Oro and as always: Afro-Cuban, Reggae, Funk and Pop music... Fidegnon is known to be a great pianist. Another great musician played on this record: Louis Wasson, from Cameroon, who also recorded with Sagbohan Danialou on this album. Please, my friends, enjoy "Nonvi Tche Honton Tche", a great latin tune...

Of course, there are challenges to developing and sticking with a fitness regimen. Lack of time and motivation are common hurdles. Finding activities you enjoy helps. Setting realistic goals and tracking progress provides encouragement. Exercising with a friend or trainer boosts commitment. Allowing rest days avoids burnout. Patience is warranted - fitness comes from consistency over time, not overnight results. But the multitude of mental and physical rewards make the effort well worth it.
